Any changes made after that can cause the price or completion date to change.

You are able to decide the day of your monthly payments. (we can accept a delay of 2 weeks without your communication).
If you need to postpone payments for a while, we can work with you. Please contact us directly to communicate us the payment changes. We are comprensive, and for any situation, we are flexible on this.
The Fursuit will only be shipped when the total cost of the commission is paid.
Refunds:
Please be sure you want the commission and it is within your budget before purchase!
Refunds are only available to fursuits that are currently in production. In production is defined as the point in time where a customer has begun paying for their suit.
If you decide to get a refund, we automatically keep at least 1/3rd of the full commission amount as a fee for supplies, communication and part of the materials.
That rate increases as we get farther into your construction process. We will determine how much is due for refund based on the amount of work we have completed.
Once a Fursuit has been constructed it is no longer eligible for a refund.
We DON’T refund you if you will be harassing or aggressive with us.
We DON’T refund you the first payment down for any reason (1/3rd).
We reserve the right to sell your suit if you decide to cancel your commission once it’s completed.
Commission Abandonment:
If we do not receive any form of communication from you, and you elapsed on payments towards your payment plan for six (6) months, we will consider your commission as abandoned, and that you have lost all payments made.
We reserve the right to sell your suit if the commission is abandoned.
Denial of Service:
Reasons that your project may be denied include but are not limited to:
You have a history of illegal actions and interests.
You support pedophilia or zoophilia.
You are unreasonable threatening or harassing.
Your character is offensive or represents hate symbols, satanic symbols, bigotry, transphobia, or racist attitudes.
You are rude to other fursuit makers or have been denied by makers for any listed reason.
Quality Disclaimer:
Although we do our best to achieve it, we are not capable of achieving perfect symmetry or geometry. We are humans too, and as such, we can make small mistakes or imperfections, such as with the fur or the glue. However, we will do our best to provide you with the Fursuit in the best possible condition ^^
Communication:
You may contact us via Instagram, Telegram, Discord or Email. We will respond within 48 hours unless there is an emergency. We will not accept any confirmation through vocal messages, calls or everything that is not written.
Work in Progress:
We will send photos periodically. Please do not expect pictures every day and don't ask for them. We will try to send them as often as we can!
It can happen that will contact you for approval before continuing construction on certain parts, so please keep a close eye on the communication channel.
Once your costume is completed, we will send detailed photos and videos for your approval.
Color/Fabric Matching:
Please be aware that there is a limited color palette available for fabrics (fur, fleece, minky cuddle, faux leather) compared to the limitless possibilities that can be depicted in reference art. We try our best to match colors as best we can, but there will be some times when there is not a color close to a color in your reference. We will provide you with the closest color samples we have access to for you to choose from.
We DON’T accept fur already bought from you or others. If you need a particular color from a seller you know, we can buy it from them, but this is not always possible.(This could charge more the total price)
Turn around Time:
The construction process takes from 2 weeks to 6 months, depending by the complexity of the commission.
Things that could delay your Turn Around Time:
Not responding to email communications (especially when we send WIPs we need approved).
Changes to designs or add-ons mid-way through commission
Delays with payments
Style & Look:
We do our best to make your Fursuit as similar as possible to the character in reference. The buyer should keep in mind that the Fursuit may have a slightly different style than the one designed by an artist's hand. So before sending the commission request make sure that the style we offer to our Fursuits is the one you would like to have on yours as well.
Durability & Repairs:
Please expect your suit to go through normal wear and tear. If you take proper care of your fursuit it can last for years.
If you have any problems with the Fursuit or need to make repairs (due to wear and tear or improper use of the Fursuit), we will be at your complete disposal!
Simply contact us (info@protogendreamstudios.com) and we will work together to determine the best way to resolve the issue. If it is necessary to send it to us for repair, the repair costs of reparation and shipping will be paid by the buyer.

Our Fursuits are designed to be disassembled and washed.
However, we do not assume responsibility for any damage caused by washing the mask, we cannot guarantee that there will be no problems or malfunctions with the mask. We therefore recommend washing the head structure as little as possible.
We recommend instead constantly washing the removable foam pieces.
How disassembly it?
Remove visor, battery, and removable foam/lining.
Use the screwdriver provided with the Fursuit.
Unscrew the frame (plastic part on which the LEDs are mounted). There are 5 screws per side and they are located on the inside corresponding to the lateral circles that light up.
Once the screws have been removed, disconnect the cables from the frame.
Remove the frame gently, sliding it gently, avoiding force.
How to wash it?

Leave it in a well-ventilated place, and if possible, in a warm place.
